Legal information
Privacy policy
Updated: 17 October 2026
Draft for review. The legal operator's identity, service providers and retention arrangements still need confirmation before publication.
This policy explains the personal information involved when you browse the portfolio or send an enquiry to Stefana Delia.
1. Data and contact
The enquiry form collects first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, optional project message and your preferred contact method. A submission identifier and timestamp are also recorded. For privacy requests, contact the email below. Please avoid including sensitive information or other people's personal data in your message.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
Enquiry details are used to reply, discuss the project and take steps towards a possible agreement at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. Other correspondence may be handled on the basis of a legitimate interest in responding and maintaining business communications, under Article 6(1)(f). Your contact preference is not consent to marketing.
3. Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in the website's hosted database. Hosting, database, communications and technical maintenance providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. Access should be limited to people who need it to handle enquiries or maintain the website. Any international transfer must comply with the applicable GDPR safeguards.
4. Browsing and external services
The language preference is stored locally in your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; images and videos are delivered by media hosting services. These requests expose technical connection information such as your IP address to the relevant provider. Social media, WhatsApp and map links open external services with their own policies. The current website does not include advertising pixels or an audience analytics tool.
5. Retention
Enquiry data should be kept only as long as necessary to handle the request, follow up on a potential collaboration and meet applicable legal obligations. A fixed retention period and the associated deletion procedure must be confirmed by the site operator before this policy is finalised.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to the email below. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at www.dataprotection.ro, or the competent authority in your country.
