Marmura Residence

An apartment for a young couple, on the 8th floor. The first thing I felt when I walked in was the light. And from there I knew what we had to do: everything we added had to support it, not stand in its way.

We kept the existing parquet, sanded it and gave it a new life in the fresh setting of the home. Beside it, wood veneer brings warmth, and the built-in storage, in the colours of the walls, melts into the architecture and lets the space breathe.

Then, a little play: discreet curves and arches in the furniture, a few cognac-coloured pieces, carefully chosen objects to give it character. Just enough to make the light even more interesting.

A bright, calm apartment with personality. Made for every hour of the day to be lived.
